Ingredients#
Makes 350 g.
- 140 g oats
- 80 g golden syrup
- 85 g peanut butter
- 45 g coconut oil
Method#
- Prepare a baking tray by scrunching greaseproof paper and using it to line the tray, pushing it into the corners and smoothing it to lie flat.
- Melt the peanut butter on gentle heat in saucepan.
- Add coconut oil & melt, stirring.
- Add syrup & melt, stirring.
- Add oats and stir.
- Pour the mixture into the lined baking tray, flattening down with a spatula.
- Refrigerate until "set", and then cut into pieces.
Notes#
- You can add dessicated coconut, sultanas and/or other dried fruits and seeds if you want.
